When we started looking for homes in Idaho we lived in Southern California. Michelle gave me a website that had, i think, every home for sale in Idaho. New homes and resale. I liked so many homes. I think i emailed her a list of over 50 homes. Her compunication with us was very timely. When our home sold in california we flew to Idaho and started our search. Michelle drove us around looking at homes for 2 days. She wrote down what i loved about a house and what i did not like. Then on the second day she drove us round again and she took off all the houses that had things that i did not like..so we did not waste our time..on the second day we new the subdivision we wanted to live in..just not which floor plan...it was down to 3. Michelle called us not to much later and said our first choice floorplan just came available on a corner lot with the backyard against a pasture..no neighbors behind us..everything we wanted...we flew out and bought the house. Michelle did wonders for our family and she was very aware of what we wanted and was great with all the details and all our questions. She is the only realitor we would use.

I had found my house for sale online, but something happened (I forget what...a better offer, it was out of my price range...something) and I had to let it go. After a while, I forgot about it. Michelle called me up one day in Oct 2008 and said the price had dropped and asked if I was still interested. I said "yes" and we looked it over. I instantly fell in love with it, and she did her best to help me. It took some doing; what was supposed to be one week ended up being a month before I got my house. Especially when Idaho Housing began putting special stipulations on me having to complete unfinished projects of the previous homeowner before I could even move in.
